 Equality Objectives:

Schools have equality objectives to ensure that every pupil, member of staff, and member of the wider school community is treated fairly, with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or personal characteristics. These objectives help schools to actively promote inclusion, remove barriers to learning and participation, and tackle discrimination, prejudice, and disadvantage wherever they arise. By setting clear equality objectives, schools demonstrate their commitment to providing equal opportunities, fostering positive relationships, and meeting their legal and moral responsibilities. Our equality objectives have been carefully considered and approved by our Governors, reflecting their oversight and commitment to ensuring that equality and inclusion remain central to our school’s values and practices.

Equality Objectives

We will actively teach and model Christian values that celebrate diversity and affirm the unique worth of every individual, regardless of race, gender, faith, disability, background, or family structure.
